Click the image to download the file, select Open in the download box. The Calendar event will then open, click Save and Close. The appointment will now show in your Calendar.

Click here to download the complete calendar. Once the calendar is downloaded, open the file. This will launch Outlook, drag the appointments from the BTS calendar into your personal calendar.

Click on the image to download the file. iCal will launch, select the calendar into which you would like to insert the appointment and click Ok. The appointment will now show in your Calendar
